Dr. Pete Gaveras performs relief veterinary work as an independent veterinarian at the Delafield Small Animal Hospital since 2006. Dr. Gaveras is a UWM alumnus, received an MBA from Keller Graduate School of Management, and earned his veterinary degree from the University of Wisconsin’s School of Veterinary Medicine in 1987. Dr. Gaveras serves on the Executive Board of the Wisconsin Veterinary Medical Association and the Milwaukee Veterinary Medical Association. He is a managing member of the American Hellenic Educational Progressive Association’s Scholarship Foundation. He is a supporter of and has performed volunteer work for various local humane societies. During his free time, Dr. Gaveras enjoys photography, sailing, and flying sailplanes. He lives in Wauwatosa with his wife Debra and their current menagerie of cats – Vinnie, Mecia, Willy, Lilly and Charlotte.
